Joaquim Tenreiro Console Table

A rare console table in jacaranda by Joaquim Tenreiro, uniting precise craftsmanship with vernacular tradition. The solid rosewood frame supports a veneered top and hand-carved ‘bico de jaca’ drawers, a poetic modern reinterpretation of 19th-century farmhouse furniture.

With provenance to architect David Libeskind’s São Paulo residence, the piece retains its original labels and has been fully restored.
